SmileOX – Terms & Conditions

1.1 SmileOX provides software-as-a-service solutions for dental clinics.

1.2 References to "we", "us" or "our" include SMILEOS PTY LTD and its officers, associates, and affiliates.

1.3 Services may include customer relationship management (CRM), Patient Experience Management (PXM), lead generation, pipeline management, appointment booking, photo upload and case submission tools, dentist observation and AI-assisted treatment planning, digital intake and consent forms, landing pages and funnel builder, AI chatbot integration, marketing analytics and reporting, clinic and dentist profile listings, and booking/payment integrations.

1.4 Your access is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. Your use of the platform constitutes agreement.

2.1 Information provided through SmileOX, including AI-generated suggestions, does not constitute medical, dental, or professional advice. It is not a substitute for qualified practitioner judgment.

2.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, consequential, or economic) arising out of your use of, reliance on, or access to the platform or services.

2.3 All information is provided in good faith on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

2.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the services or refunding the agreed price for the affected services.

2.5 Our liability is reduced to the extent that you cause or contribute to the loss.

2.6 You acknowledge that SmileOX may include information from public sources. It is the responsibility of each clinic or user to ensure that information displayed on the platform is accurate and up to date. We accept no liability for outdated or incorrect listings.

3.1 SmileOX may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience only.

3.2 We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for external websites or their content. You access such sites at your own risk.

4.1 We do not warrant that SmileOX is free from viruses, defects, or faults.

4.2 You are responsible for scanning and protecting your own systems against viruses or malicious code.

4.3 SmileOX may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or failures of third-party integrations. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or uninterrupted availability.
